HARC is a registered charity providing Specialist Quality Mark accredited welfare benefit advice and representation to people of all ages in East Sussex and beyond.
Our team offers free, confidential and impartial support, helping to address inequality, relieve poverty and improve quality of life for vulnerable and disadvantaged people. From initial applications through to appeal tribunals, our specialist advisers provide end-to-end support, tailored to each individual’s needs. We work face to face, by phone and remotely, delivering our service in community venues and through home visits.
